11-11.30AM	Arrival at the Doncaster racecourse Royal box - prosecco and beer reception
12:15 PM	First race begins
13:00 PM	Three course meal served
4.45 PM	Last race begins
5.00-5.15 PM	Awards ceremony begins
18.00 PM	Last orders at the bar
18:30 PM	Course closes
18:45 - LATE PM	Join us at the Hilton Gardens hotel bar (next door to the racecourse) for drinks and networking
